Most of us are in business of provding services to clients. Some of us also sell tangible items to customers. What does it take to get that customer to come back to us and use our services again or continue to buy things from us?
A couple of weeks ago, I finished reading a book by Carl Sewell called “Customers For Life,” and its great! This book teaches you the fundementals of what customers what and what they need. For everyone who owns a business this is a book you must read. Although I am a drive to work mommy, I have applied some of the concepts when dealing with my boss and his clients and I have gotten great compliments on my customer service. This is a great book to help you sharpen this important skill of great customer service.
